Argentine Tango
- Dancing with Life -
“And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music "
- Friedrich Nietzsche
Tango is a journey of emotional and physical freedom, encouraging self-expression and connection. The music and rhythm of dance can lead one toward self-discovery.

Emotional Freedom
What are your notes?
Dancing tango is a beautiful journey toward emotional freedom. As you embrace the rhythm and connection with your partner, you unlock a deeper understanding of your feelings. Each step and movement allows you to express yourself authentically. The music guides you new heights of self-discovery, that allow you to use your own "notes" and uniqueness in dance.
Agility and Flexibility
Emotional depth and flexibility
Have you considered that your connection in dance may be a reflection not of your partner, but of the relationships and patterns in your family of origin or culture?
Find out how imprinting affects your expression, and how to change it to have harmony, joy and fun in dance, with full safety and
freedom of expression.
Spirals in Life
Connection
Before connecting to a dance partner, the most important connection is with oneself. This is how we spiral up in life, and enjoy clear boundaries and no fear of rejection.
It allows us to enjoy our own space while respecting and honoring the space of our partners.
The dance becomes a double spiral.

What can family constellations do for dancers?
- I call tango "The Avatar of Dances" - it is the one dance that has covers an enormous range of emotional expression, both in the music and the dance. It requires not just preset steps, but improvisation, presence and connection.
- Tango requires honoring and respecting the presence of a dancer you may have never met before, but engage with. And this, in a group of other people who move in the line of dance, yet have their own unique expression. So flow, good boundaries, flexibility are all part of what makes the dance safe and enjoyable.
- Sometimes our flow and flexibility were informed by our family of origin or cultural and societal imprints. But tango is a global dance, that brings people together and is asking us to enter a new world of connection.
- I believe that full freedom of connection and expression comes first from inner freedom, not from the "steps" in tango. An inner movement can translate to more freedom and joy in dancing than many lessons!
- Any step towards yourself becomes a note in your range of expression, the capacity to feel without getting entangled, the capacity to move freely in an embrace in which both partners are free to express their own dance and appreciate their partners.
- Tango taught me how to spiral up in life, and actually how to spiral upwards professionally too. It taught me how to let go and follow, while having my own voice.
- What gives us the freedom to dance with power, ease and grace, not just on the tango floor but also in life, is the inner quest for our own melody.
